Making a raw vegan cake is super easy. You just need to understand what is the base and from there you can get very creative. This time, I made a raw vegan coconut cake, which I have topped with coconut whipped cream, forest fruits and maple syrup. You can’t go wrong with coconut, maple syrup and fruits. When this happens I eat some bananas as they contain potassium which helps eliminate fluid retention and I make a diuretic green juice with cucumber, parsley and a green apple. I try to drink at least 500ml. It is a great diuretic and it helps you get rid of the extra water in a few hours. And, by the way, this juice is delicious.
