Raw vegan brownies

  • For the base:
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 2 cups of soaked dates (pitted, of course)
  • ½ cup of cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp of cacao nibs
  • ΒΌ tsp of sea salt
  • For the topping:
  • 100gr dark chocolate
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • Walnuts and almonds to decorate
  1. Place all the ingredients for the base in the S shape blade food processor and pulse until everything is well combined and you get a sticky composition.
  2. Add the brownie mixture in a tray covered in parchment paper and place in the fridge while you prepare the chocolate for the topping.
  3. For the topping melt the chocolate, add the coconut milk and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate over the brownie mixture, add also the chopped almonds and walnuts and place in the fridge for at least one hour.
