Coconut energy bars

  • 20 hydrated dates (save the water)
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • Water saved from the dates
  1. Hydrate the dates for at least half an hour and save the water, as we will use it.
  2. Place the dates with all the other dry ingredients in the S blade food processor and process until everything is well combined.
  3. Gradually add the water until you have a sticky composition.
  4. Lay the composition in a tray and place it in the fridge for at least an hour.
  5. Cut the bars and enjoy.
